Let me guess...
You’re a woman who’s been through life’s ups and downs. You’re longing for more but worry that it might be too late to change—and alcohol isn’t helping.
I get it, because I’ve been there.
Life had thrown me lots of curveballs...
Widowed, divorced, remarried and now in my 60’s I longed for an “easy, purposeful” life, but I knew alcohol wasn’t helping.
In my 20s, life seemed full of possibilities.
I was newly married, dreaming of a great career, a loving family, and a joyful life. For a while, everything felt on track. I had my beautiful daughter at 27, and life appeared to be unfolding just as planned.
But then, everything changed.
At 29, I became a widow. My husband died of cancer, and suddenly, I was on my own with a 2½-year-old, no job, and very little money. It was a “start over” moment I never anticipated—one that would repeat itself in the years to come.
Fast forward to my 50s...
I was happily remarried after a divorce and thriving professionally, but privately, I was struggling. The stress felt overwhelming, and wine became my escape. What started as an occasional indulgence turned into a nightly habit, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that alcohol was quietly taking more than it gave.
It was time to prioritize my health. In another “start over” moment, I found the right resources to remove alcohol and make space for something better.
That “something better” came in the form of becoming a certified Life Coach and later, a certified Alcohol-Free Coach. Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am, and these certifications turned my personal experiences into a powerful way to support others.
Looking back, I wouldn’t change the hard times...
They shaped me into who I am today. Every setback became an opportunity for growth, and every triumph brought deeper wisdom.
I know what it’s like to start over, and today, I coach women in their 60s and beyond who are searching for their spark, their purpose, and a life filled with joy.
Professional Experience
I’m proud to be a professionally certified coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute.
I’m also a Senior Certified Alcohol-Free Coach, dedicated to helping women re-evaluate their relationship with alcohol and break free from beliefs that keep them feeling stuck.
When I'm not coaching...
You'll likely find me spending time with my grandkids or my husband.
