Hi, I’m Lorna
At the heart of coaching, you will find a creative and thought-provoking process that support individuals to confidently pursue new ideas and explore alternative solutions with great resilience.
I received my Life Coach training as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through Coaches Training Institute (CTI) which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I am also a certified This Naked Mind coach helping people re-evaluate their relationship with alcohol. This Naked Mind works by helping end the conflict between your conscious desire to drink less, and your unconscious belief that alcohol is beneficial.
My personal experiences have taken me down many roads and I have a keen understanding of what life can throw at you! I’ve been married, widowed, divorced and remarried (3rd one’s a charm!) and learned a lot along the way!
My career experience in non-profits and local government includes more than 30 years of progressive leadership which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that leaders and individuals in organizations face.
I came to Lorna at a time when I needed more balance and creativity in my life. Lorna helped me identify what that really meant for me, including bringing new perspectives to the table.
Lorna’s warm, thoughtful and straightforward approach was exactly what I needed!

If any of this speaks to you, then you’re in the right place!
Through our coaching relationship, my task is to help you gain clarity, focus and motivation to move you into a life of meaning and purpose.
As your coach, I will work with you to make powerful, value-based choices in life. Our time together will be guided by insights that grow out of our conversations and your individualized work program.
In many ways, this coaching is a partnership that thrives best through listening, challenging, and guiding in ways that bring out the creative solutions and insights you have inside you every day.
